We have got enough snow now! Poor DH had some work today!
But it didn't stop our Sunday outing to Baerums Verk. It used to be an old iron foundry (started 17th century) and they made things ranging from nails to canonballs. Now the buildings are part museum part shops. And they are open on Sundays :-)
We had dinner at the Pancake house. They make pancakes with savoury or sweet fillings. Very tasty. And we had to visit the sweet shop where we treated ourselves to mint cocoa! Mmmmm!
And guess what! There is a lovely quilting store there (to DH's big surprise). More later on what I found there! (I'm struggling with Picassa and Blogger today - and have used ages getting these pics up)
Looking in my crystal ball I see more outings to this lovely place.....
